What do you do when a multinational, billion-dollar company takes you to court?
It is rare that an emerging startup is slapped with a high-profile patent lawsuit that is closely monitored by the industry, worldwide. In February 2016, Dali Wireless was enjoying early success bringing disruptive solutions to the indoor wireless market. In doing so, Dali was apparently making industry giants uncomfortable, as we found ourselves embroiled in patent ligation with an industry giant, CommScope.
